Jesus
is Coming: Jesus
promised that he would come back again.
Revelation 22:12-13: “And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last.”
John
14:1-3: Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me.
In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told
you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I
will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may
be also.
Matthew
24:30: Then the sign of the Son of Man
will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and
they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and
great glory.
Mark
13:26: Then they will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power
and glory.
Revelation
1:7: Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they
who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him.
Even so, Amen.
Lion
of Judah: Jesus Christ is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. He went out as the sacrificial Lamb, and returns as the Lion of Judah to judge the world with fires in his
eyes. The prophecy of the coming of
the Lord to judge the world as the Lion of Judah is found in Revelation 5:1-5: And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat
on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven seals.
Then I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, "Who is worthy to
open the scroll and to lose its seals?" And no one in heaven or on the
earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it. So I
wept much, because no one was found worthy to open and read the scroll, or to
look at it. But one of the elders said to me, "Do not weep. Behold, the
Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the
scroll and to loose its seven seals."
He
is King: They
put purple robes of royalty on Him, put on a crown of thorns and gave Him a
mock scepter to ridicule his kingship. But the Word of God is truth and his
purpose shall come forth.
Jesus
is King. He is King "after the order of Melchisedec, King of Righteousness,
and King of Peace. (Hebrews 6:20-7:2) "His throne is forever."
(Hebrews 1:8) He is "King of Kings and Lord of Lords" (Revelation
17:14).
Luke
1: 32-33: He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the
Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. And He will reign over
the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end."
Revelation
19:16: And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS
AND LORD OF LORDS.
Revelation
17:14: These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them:
for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are
called, and chosen, and faithful.
